Show entry forms can be downloaded below. Please note instructions, complete all fields and either mail your form with check to the addresses noted on each form or upload your completed forms via the online form.
Deadline for entry is Monday, September 16. Mail-in fleeces must be received by Sept. 23 to be considered for judging.
Use the form below if you would like to submit your entries online. Be sure to also pay online through our site. Note that entries paid online include an additional fee of 25 cents per entry to cover online transaction fees.
